Return policy

Logicieldz sells digital software, license keys, and downloadable products. Because delivery is electronic, returns and refunds are reviewed case by case after payment confirmation and product delivery.

If a product key has not been delivered, the download link is unavailable, or there is a billing error, contact support as soon as possible so we can review the order and provide a resolution.

If a license key or digital file has already been delivered and works as described, refunds may be limited because the product cannot be physically returned.
